We search for practical course corrections that better serve the people who are too often absent from the rooms where those decisions are made.

We exist to illuminate the consequences of AI as they unfold across real workplaces, communities, industries, and institutions. We focus on systems and choices, not product cycles and press releases.
Our goal is to inform better decisions by individuals, leaders, and society about how this technology is designed, deployed, governed, and lived with.

About Our Name
Spacecraft rarely travel from planet to planet in a perfectly straight line. Even though the destination remains fixed, the actual journey is shaped by a thousand tiny adjustments. Gravity pulls, space conditions shift, and new data rolls in, requiring constant course corrections along the way. The mission succeeds not because the ship never drifts, but because it constantly adapts.
Human history moves in much the same way. Every major leap forward, from agriculture and the steam engine to electricity and the internet, fundamentally rewrote how we live and work. Each time, our social institutions eventually caught up to match that new reality.
We are living through another one of those inflection points right now with artificial intelligence. Our ultimate goals haven't changed: we still want a society where people can build meaningful lives, support their families, and enjoy the fruits of progress. But the path ahead is getting blurry, and the economic assumptions that carried us for generations are beginning to give way.
That is exactly why Course Correction exists. True progress relies on adaptation. Our goal isn't to fight technological change, nor is it to blindly accept every side effect as a done deal. Instead, we want to look at where our current trajectory is taking us, offer practical ideas when we veer off track, and make sure this technology serves the people living through it. Tweaking the direction isn't a sign that we're lost, it's how we make sure we arrive where we want to go.
